Have old version of Adobe Acrobat on Mac OS 10.6.8 - how do I upgrade or buy version for this Macintosh OS?? I have Adobe Acrobat version 1.6.65 on Mac OS 10.6.8. How do I upgrade or buy copy of Adobe Acrobat (or is it called 'Standard' now?) that will work on Macintosh with OS 10.6.8??
Mac OS 10.6.8, PDF X, HP2015 Laser printer - Two Drawers - Printing BOTH Legal and Letter I receive pdf files with both legal and letter size pages. I need to be able to print both legal and letter intermingled.
I recently downloaded Adobe Reader X, and thought maybe it might allow me to 'Select Paper Size by pdf page size.' I still have to print according to a 'map' of which pages are which size. The file needs to stay in the order received, so it necessitates switching back and forth using separate print commands.
When the Print box comes up, the 'Select Paper Size by PDF Page Size' is never visible. Anybody find a solution to this one? I do have both legal and letter size drawers on the printer, so if it would choose which tray based on PDF Page Size, I'd be a happy camper. Let me see if I understand your problem: you receive pdf files that contain both letter and legal sized pages in one document and you'd like to print them in one go, without having to print one page as legal, one as letter, etc. Is this correct? I am supposing that you don't want to shrink your legal pages to fit on letter sized paper (which could be easily accomplished with one print command). What if you could just go through two print 'cycles' - printing letter sized pages as 1-5, 10, 12, 14, etc., and printing the legal pages the same.
That's the only solution I can think of. Perhaps one of the experts will chime in here and offer a more viable solution. Good luck, Clinton.
